New to the scene
“Hello world!” WordPress put the words right onto my page; that was thoughtful.
Finally, the blogger craze has reached me. It has been around for quite some time now, but I have never, until now, decided to participate. Whether that was from a disposition against fads and the cliché or a perceived lack of material, at least one thing has changed.
I am writing this blog to chronicle the journey from where I am today as a recent graduate teaching in South Korea to wherever the latest posting may find me. I plan to work in many places around the world using the skills and knowledge that I have to benefit the communities and teams with which I work. Currently, that work has me teaching at an international school in Pangyo and Yongin City, South Korea. I teach a variety of subjects from English and math to science and prevailing worldviews.
My goal is to work in business analysis and project management and after a number of years to venture out into the global environment as an entrepreneur. I have studied finance and accounting, global operations, business policy and strategy, international law and risk, documentary sales, and modes of transportation. I am interested in getting involved with some Project Management Institute members and learning about the industry. At present, I am starting to study for the basic certification, the Certified Associate in Project Management.
